  • 4 stalks spring onions, chopped

  • ½ tsp of mince garlic

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • 1½ tsp sweet soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Salt to taste

  • Sweet chilli sauce

Method:

  2. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir fry the minced garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add in shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, bean sprouts and spring onions for a quick stir fry until just about wilted.

  4. Add in 2 tbsp water, the sweet soy sauce, white pepper and salt.
