1 cup shredded carrot
4 stalks spring onions, chopped
½ tsp of mince garlic

2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp water
Salt to taste

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add in shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, bean sprouts and spring onions for a quick stir fry until just about wilted.
Add in 2 tbsp water, the sweet soy sauce, white pepper and salt.
Remove from the heat, transfer into a bowl and let it cool.
